Company History

MIRAD Microwave AG was founded in 1989 in St.Gallen. In the beginning the 2 founders developed their ideas and invested a lot of time in research for best solutions. Soon the company grew to six people who were able to complete solid projects. Today, 22 years later, about 15 people are working at MIRAD using their professional skills to meet the demands of our customers.

Today a team of 7 engineers and designers work on customer specific projects and on the continuous improvement of our standard products. Selected partners guarantee the high precision and economic manufacturing of our waveguide components. Assembly and testing of our components and systems is done by a group of RF technicians and trained specialists.

MIRAD is an independent public limited company. Its founder Tony Blättler is the main shareholder.
